Grief Share

Men and Women

New Session Begins February 1st

Grief Share is designed to help you recover from the deep hurt associated with the loss of someone close to you. At each session, a video is viewed on an issue related to grief and loss. These videos feature top experts on a wide variety of subjects important to the grief recovery process. On each video, personal stories of people who have been through the grieving process will be shared. After the video, there will be a support type group discussion about the video as well as a sharing time for events in the member’s lives.

Special Mission Highlight

Evert and Barb Temminck and their daughters Jennifer and Jessica live in Guinea, West Africa. Evert and Barb have served with Pioneer Bible Translators for more than 24 years. They are translating the Bible and bringing it to people who have never before been able to read God’s Word in their native language. KACC (through you) supports the Temmincks in their ministry to serve the Bibleless.

The Temminck family thanks KACC for supporting and praying for them.  Here is a message from the family:

We wanted to take a moment to thank all of our financial supporters and/or prayer warriors who have had an impact on bringing God’s Word to various languages in our country.  We thank the Lord continuously for all of you!  We know that working faithfully in this ministry over the last 24 years would not have been possible without you.  Thank you for toiling and preparing the soil with us.  May we all one day see HIS harvest, whether it be here on this earth or in heaven.

Evert, Barb, Jennifer and Jessica Temminck.

Here are some specific ways to pray for this family.

Pray for financial security so that we can continue the race and cross the finish line.

Pray that the current Bible translation would be well received and that many would become followers of Jesus.

Pray for supporter workers including a bookkeeper.
