KACC Weekly Update - August 31st, 2016

Wednesdays, beginning September 14 | 7:00 – 9:00 pm

KACC Auditorium | Cost $25 per couple

Whether you’re married, engaged or seriously dating, you will benefit from this study!

For better or worse, we are all inundated by influences that affect our perception of marriage on a daily basis. As we intently strive for our own idea of the “picture perfect” marriage, we often miss the bigger picture. Over the course of this 10-week video study through Timothy and Kathy Keller’s, “The Meaning of Marriage” we will learn practical wisdom for marriage while recapturing the profound purpose of marriage according to Scripture.

Join us as we kick-off our Fall Study! This is a great time to jump in. A M4L Homecoming KICK-OFF NIGHT will propel us into our “Picture Perfect” Fall study on September 14th!

Gentlemen, get ready to relive your old glory days. Throw on your favorite team jersey or old high school letterman jacket (if it fits). Make sure there’s enough room for some grub too, we’ll have plenty of game day appetizers to go around!

Ladies, this is your chance to get all dolled up for your sweetheart. He may be dressin’ down, but that doesn’t mean you have to. All couples will have an opportunity to get their picture taken together for a special keepsake of the evening.

Please consider making a one-time donation for this 10-week study. $2/per child per week …. 10 week study …. $20 for the whole study (childcare donations for nursery – kindergarten age only, 1-6 grade is free children’s ministry programming).

This September, we are partnering with Haiti Partners’ to provide meals for students. Every 2 check-ins at KACC helps provide a meal for a student in Haiti.

Haiti Partners’ mission is to help Haitians change Haiti through education. They currently run one school, partner with six more, and believe growing children need quality meals to help them learn and develop. To learn more about Haiti Partners, check out their site: https://haitipartners.org

When you check in on Facebook, you can add #meals4students to your posts. It’s a great way to remind your friends and family why you’re checking in! Remember, your Facebook check-ins not only help change the lives of hundreds of students, they also gently invite your friends to participate in our church community.

P.S. If this is the first time you’ve heard of our Facebook check-in program, here's how it works... we make a donation to a Kingdom-building cause every time our community checks in on Facebook. It’s a great way to tell your friends about KACC and do some good in the process. If you need some help checking in on Facebook, just ask any of our staff members and we'll show you how.
