CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICES

This Christmas let’s remember our opportunity to share the message of hope with our neighbors and friends. We’ll sing traditional Christmas carols together and hear the story of the birth of Jesus shared in a meaningful way at this family-friendly service. We’ll have services on Saturday, December 23 at 5:00 pm, and three on Sunday, December 24 at 9:00 and 10:45 am and 5:00 pm. Childcare is available for infants through two years old.

A BRIGHTER CHRISTMAS

On Sunday, October 1st, 58 people lost their lives and 546 were injured when a gunman opened fire on a crowd in Las Vegas. That day changed the lives of everyone there, and thousands more who were not in attendance but knew someone who was there. Families lost husbands, wives, fathers, mothers, sons and daughters. These families are now entering the Christmas season with profound feelings of loss. As a church, we know that Christmas is a time to remember the gift given to all of humanity in the birth of Christ, our Savior. God gave His only son to give us all hope. We believe that message can brighten even the darkest times of our lives. We want to invite you to follow the example of God's generosity by joining us in giving a financial gift to four families that are connected to our church and were deeply affected by the shooting. Our hope is that we can make each of their Christmases just a little brighter during this dark time. Please prayerfully consider how you can join us in this gift. You can give at church on Sunday or online at kacc.church/give. Please note on your check or reference online: A Brighter Christmas.

CHRISTMAS WRAPPING OUTREACH

There is still time to participate in this fun way to share the love of Christ in our community. On Saturday, December 16 you can bless people by wrapping presents for free in two hour shifts inside the mall at Buena Park Downtown. The later shifts get more customers so we need more wrappers then. If you can help at the 2:00 to 4:00 pm shift or the 4:00-6:00 pm shift, we can use you! Please call Lyn at 714.609.6055.
