La Fire Relief

Ways to Help

Prayer

  • We pray that even in the midst of such profound loss, glimmers of hope will emerge, and that help and resources will flow to meet every need.

  • We lift up the brave firefighters who are putting their lives on the line to battle these relentless fires and protect countless lives. We also pray for their families, who wait anxiously and endure long separations, carrying the weight of worry and sacrifice.

  • We grieve alongside the 12 churches who lost their buildings and the 12 pastors who have lost their homes. May they find comfort and strength in Jesus Christ.

  • Our hearts go out to the thousands of families who have lost everything. We pray they are surrounded by love, generosity, and compassion as they begin the journey of rebuilding their lives.

  • We also pray for Victory Bible Church and its leaders as they work tirelessly to serve their community, including those within their own congregation who are suffering. May the Lord grant them wisdom, resources, and strength to be a source of hope during these dark times.

  • May we all come together with open hands and open hearts, united in love, to bring comfort, healing, and restoration to those who are hurting so deeply.

LA Fires

Our hearts ache with every piece of devastating news we receive, and we lift up in prayer all those who are grieving, suffering, and navigating unimaginable loss. Knott Avenue is committed to listening, understanding the needs of those affected, and offering our resources as a church to bring hope and relief where we can.

We are deeply thankful for the incredible bravery of the firefighters and first responders who selflessly put themselves in harm’s way to protect others. We pray for their safety and strength as they continue their tireless efforts.

May we come together as a church and brothers in sisters in Christ with love and compassion, finding ways to support and uplift one another in this time of great need.

We are honored to partner with Victory Bible Church in bringing relief to those impacted by the fires. Out of our love for God and in obedience to His command to love others, we are committed to supporting their efforts to provide hope, care, and resources to those in need during this difficult time.
